Welcome to Gnarly's Theater ("we," "us," or "our") at 1224 Washington Ave, Suite 200, Golden, CO 80401! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.gnarlys-theater.com (the "Site"), ticket purchases via www.ticketor.com/gnarlys, event bookings, podcast studio rentals, and services at our venue (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ for adult events (e.g., burlesque or late-night comedy). All ages welcome for family-friendly shows, arcade, or toy museum. Parents supervise kids.
Tickets and Events
Purchases: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except at our discretion (e.g., cancellations). Buy via Ticketor; we handle fulfillment.
No Guarantees: Shows feature live performers—lineups, times, or content may change. No refunds for cancellations by artists/acts.
Entry Rules: Valid ID required. Right to refuse entry for disruptive behavior, intoxication, or safety issues. No weapons, outside food/drink.
Resale: Prohibited; invalidates tickets.
Venue Use and Rentals
Arcade/Toy Museum: Free-play during open hours. Use at your risk—no liability for injuries or lost items.
Event Rentals (parties, corporate, weddings, podcast studio): Pay in full upfront. Cancellations: 50% fee within 7 days; full refund 14+ days prior. You provide insurance; we supply space only.
Bar/Snacks: 21+ for alcohol. No outside beverages.
User Conduct
Respect staff, performers, and guests. No harassment, recording shows without permission, or damage to property.
Violations may result in removal, bans, or legal action.
Intellectual Property
All Site content (photos, videos, logos) is ours or licensed. Personal use only—no copying, distributing, or commercial use without written permission.
Payments and Fees
All sales final. Taxes/service fees apply. We use secure processors; disputes via processor policy.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Services provided "as is." No warranties. To the max extent of law, we're not liable for indirect damages, injuries from events/arcade, or performer issues. Liability capped at ticket price. Colorado law applies.
Termination
We can suspend/terminate access anytime for violations, no notice needed.
Governing Law and Disputes
Colorado law governs. Disputes resolved in Jefferson County courts. Arbitration may apply for claims under $10,000.
Changes to Terms
We'll post updates here. Continued use means acceptance.
